Job Description:

Seeking Administrator-cum-Office Coordinator for one of our prestigious client in South Delhi.

Role Brief: 
General Administration Responsibilities:-
- Manage the housekeeping department
- Being a strong team player
- Managing Administrative issues
- Basic Book Keeping + Petty Cash Handling
- Maintain records/Posts/Documents
- Fixing Appointments
- Visitor Guidance
- Office Maintenance/ Updating
- Sending Mailers - Email/ Posts
- Arranging Travel/ Stay/ Team Visits etc, 
- Might require 10% Travel in the city

Desired Skills 
- Excellent in Team Management
- Excellent communication skills (oral &written)
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Good computer knowledge

Job Location : Lajpat Nagar Part-3, New Delhi

Salary : Rs.18,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month.
